Shipping

Flat standard shipping rate of $7.50 per item or $11.50 for expedited shipping if selected would be applied in the cart for when shipped within Canada. Standard rate of $11.50 to the United States 7-11 business days 

Delivery time with in Canada only for standard shipping is 5-7 business days, for expedited shipping 2-3 business days.  

Please note that all import charges (consisting of your local tax rate, and applicable duties rate) are buyer's responsibility.

You will be emailed a tracking notification email once your order has shipped.

For all International buyers delivery times are 7 to 14 business days, assuming items are not delayed by customs at destination.

Returns

You may return any unused, undamaged items in its original packaging with all its original tags within 10 days of delivery.

All exchanges/returns must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending the merchandise back. Please contact us at info@shoefairy.ca and we will guide you through the return process.

 Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier. We are not responsible for missing packages. You will receive a full refund back to your credit card or Paypal once the return is processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

*PLEASE NOTE: All DISCOUNTED and SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, no returns, exchanges, price adjustments or store credits, unless faulty. Please choose carefully.

All international orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns

We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item)

Refunds

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) 

  • Incorrect order(size of the item)
  • If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will partially refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • ·  Unwanted item
  • If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 10 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 to 10 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item. This time period includes transit time for us to receive your item, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Items with visible wear and tear, not in its original packaging will not be refunded.

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
